Introducing Interact AI - A New Interface for your Website

The website hasn't changed in 25 years. 90% of visitors still bounce. Interact AI doesn't optimize the page. It replaces it entirely.
Introducing Interact AI - A New Interface for your Website

The website is a 25 year old technology. It has not meaningfully improved since 2001. Think about that. The iPhone did not exist. Google did not exist. SpaceX was science fiction. And yet the primary interface between every company on Earth and every customer on Earth is still a static page of text and images, optimized by marketing teams guessing what the average stranger might want to read.

This is absurd.

And it has never worked. Every company on the internet bounces 90 to 95 % of its visitors. Every SDR spends their first call explaining what the company does. Every marketing team A/B tests button colors and calls it progress. The website is the bottleneck of the modern internet, and the entire industry has spent 25 years pretending otherwise.

Around the broken interface, an entire economy has grown to compensate for it copywriters, designers, A/B testing platforms, marketing automation tools, SDRs, demo calendars, sales ops. A $210 billion industry whose only real job is to paper over the failure of the page at the center. When the interface doesn't work and you can't replace it, you build scaffolding. The world has been building scaffolding for a very long time.

We are going to replace the interface

First principles

What is a website actually for? Strip it down. A human has a problem. A company has a solution. The website exists so the human can figure out, as fast as possible, whether the solution fits the problem. That is it. That is the entire job.

Now ask: is a static page the optimal interface for that job? Obviously not. The optimal interface is a conversation with someone who understands the product, can show you exactly the part that matters to you, and can answer every question you have in the moment you have it.

The website is a worse version of that call slower, dumber, and generic. It’s literally a brochure. The only reason it exists in this form is that, until recently, we could not build anything better. Now we can

What changed

LLMs. Obviously. In the last three years, humans have been retrained by ChatGPT, by Claude, by Gemini to expect that any question they ask gets answered, immediately, tailored to them. That expectation does not turn off when they land on your homepage. They arrive at your website with the same muscle they use on an answer engine. The website does not meet them. Nothing about it has been rebuilt for this human.

Meanwhile, discovery has already moved to the answer engines. Nobody learns what a company does by reading its homepage anymore. They learn it from ChatGPT, decide you are worth investigating, and land on your site to validate a specific thesis. The website is being used for the last mile of conviction. It was never built for that. It was built for the first mile of discovery a job that no longer exists.

This is the biggest shift in how humans interact with companies since the search engine. And almost nobody is building for it.

Interact

We're building the new Interface that replaces the website.

Not making it better. Not optimizing it. Rebuilding it from fundamentals a UI that's AI-native by design.

Interact is an adaptive interface. When a person lands on your site, it starts a real conversation voice, text, whatever they prefer and the page composes itself around them in real time. A founder asking about compliance gets a compliance view. A CISO asking about controls gets a controls view. Someone describing their stack gets a live map of how the product plugs into their tools. Everything they need, generated on the fly, grounded in your data, specific to them.

No generic copy. No broadcast. No "Book a Demo" purgatory.

It is not a chatbot. A chatbot is a box in the corner. Interact is the entire page, rebuilt per visitor, in real time. The conversation isn't on the website. The conversation is the website.

And it persists. When the visitor signs up, everything they said, everything they saw, everything the system understood about them carries into the product. The first login already knows them. The handoff between marketing and product the place every company on Earth currently fumbles simply disappear

Impact

Every visitor should instantly get what they are looking for or want to understand. Every lead should convert. Not most. Every. If a human has real intent and the product fits, the friction between those two facts is an engineering problem. We are solving it.

We ran this at Sprinto, a Series B compliance company with 4,000+ customers. In two months: conversion doubled. Interact leads converted 90% better than normal ones. Sales cycles collapsed by half. Pipeline crossed $500K.

This is with one company, in one category, in two months. The ceiling is not visible from here.

Where this goes

The landing page is the wedge. The target is every interface where a company meets a customer. Onboarding. Documentation. Support. Sales enablement. In-product education. All of it is static. All of it generic.

All of it replaceable by the same primitive: adaptive, conversational, visual, grounded in context, personal to the human on the other end.

The $210 billion industry built to scaffold around the broken website is the floor. The ceiling is every customer interaction, in every product, on every site on Earth. Bigger than search. Bigger than social.

Bigger than mobile. A new layer of the internet, hiding in plain sight for 25 years.

Every company on the internet is a customer. We are building it.

The website had a 25 year run. It is over.
